Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / SPM holder with 1-2 relevant experience in Hard Disk Industries.
* Willing to gain hands on responsibilities in Production floor
* Posses supervisory experience and able to lead more than one hundred production floor employees to achieve daily output.
* Highly motivated personnel who is able to work under pressure
* Able to maintain good housekeeping and production records
