Requirements:
* Possess a degree in any engineering discipline or science related field.
* Fresh graduate or experience in customer technical service / support.
* Good knowledge in Quality Management System ( ISO/TS16949:2000), SPC and other statistical technical technique or problem solving tools.
* Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written ) in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to interact with people at all level.
* Able to work with minimum supervision.
* Energetic, aggresive and willing to travel outstation.
