Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
* Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Human Resource Management field
* Experience in managing full spectrum of recruitment functions of the Company
* Oversee the recruitment & staffing function to ensure that the vacancies are timely & cost-effectively fulfilled by quality employees as per company procedure and manpower planning.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Manage information including applicants database, recruitment cost, recruitment analysis and reporting
* Familiar with market and standard practices related to recruitment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-organized and able to work under pressure
* Required language(s): Chinese, English
