Responsibilities:
* Receive complete order package from Customer Service Representative (CSR).
* Create top level item number.
* Create PCB item number (if required).
* To enter and book customer order.
* To enter order data into portal.
* Review terms and conditions.
* To manage backlog.
* Responsible for customer order maintenance.
* Weekly billings, bookings and backlog reporting.
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
* Possess at least 2 years experience in related field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
